About Tastea Garden Grove (Westminster)
We started Tastea in 2001 as Cal State Fullerton students working out of our garage, and people have been driving across town for our boba ever since. We make milk tea, Thai tea, fruit teas, slushes, smoothies, and snacks like our Karate Chicken (popcorn chicken) and Buttload'a Fries (flavored fries) — real fruit, real milk, and cane sugar, all mixed exactly how you like it (sweetness and ice level, your call). We're Asian-American and family-run, and our shop has always been a place to hang out with friends and make a few new ones. This is our original storefront, right here on Westminster Ave in Garden Grove.

Tastea is one of my favorite stops for tea and boba. They always make the drinks fresh and I really like that they create different drinks all the time for something new to try. The service is quick and friendly. You can order on the ap, kiosk or in person. In any case they make your drink pretty quickly and there is hardly a wait. This location is small. They have a bench to wait but no tables.

1. The drinks were well-crafted! My favorite is the strawberry ecstasy! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! Interior is cozy! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! Their karate chicken TOO SALTY AND how the hell they could sell this Trash out?!!! I ordered two and both of them unable to eat Called them to ask if they made mistake adding too much salt and the server said it is pre marinated like that. Tastea your food quality is downhill and same with your customer service. Never come back again!

They have lots of fresh and fruity drinks to choose from, I got the Strawberry Milk Tea in the size large and it was very delicious. Fyi it is a bit too sweet, so getting the smaller size would have been better. Cute drinks!! 💓💓

You order and then wait outside for them to take out by the window, so it's quite convenient I order matcha coffee and jasmine sunrise, the drinks are quite tasty (no pun intended) and plenty (32oz for $7) There are also a lot of good Vietnamese food in this block as well
